About Marissa

Hello I have over 4 years of experience as a nanny. I have watched children from infants to 12 years old with ease. I have an education degree and studied elementary education in college and have worked with children since I was in highschool in various facets from summer camp, mission trips, nannying, teaching, afterschool programs, homeschooling, and babysitting for families. I am fun and playful and love to take children out and about to explore the world around them. I like to play games, make crafts, teach kids how to cook simple dishes, and be active with children. I have capabilities to aide in potty training, was a professional cook and have helped families with meal prepping through the week, was responsible for groceries and errands, daily pick up of the small rooms in the house that the children occupied, and children's laundry with some families I cared for. I am neat, clean, responsible, creative, and friendly and like to create a space with structure and boundaries.
