Aside from a few illness and weather-related call-offs, Marissa was generally punctual and dependable. She was with us for over a year and my kids loved seeing her. My review is lower due to the way she left us. We discussed her continuing with us until sometime in July, when her school program was expect to change. Instead I got a text message on a Monday evening in March (she was expected at 6:30a Tuesday) letting me know that she would not be back for "personal reasons." I thought maybe something had happened over the weekend at unexpectedly caused her quitting, but I learned a couple of days later that she left our house behind the week before. That leads me to believe she knew for days in advance that she was not going to be coming back and didn't do us the courtesy of giving any notice so we could try to make other arrangements.
