I hired Marissa to nanny for the summer! She is genuinely interested in children, came prepared with a weekly theme of things to focus on with my kids (space, ocean, sports, etc.), and was extremely reliable and easy to work with. Her manner is kind and genuine, and she respects the autonomy of children while still reinforcing limits. We only wish we could keep her forever! She will be an amazing teacher!! Cannot say enough good things.
