With over 11 years of experience as a Home Health Aide (HHA) and Certified Patient Care Technician (PCT), I have dedicated my career to caring for seniors with dignity, patience, and respect. My experience includes home care, assisted living, and hospital settings, where I worked alongside nurses providing direct patient care, monitoring vital signs, assisting with activities of daily living, and recognizing changes in patients' conditions. I am experienced in dementia and Alzheimer's care, hospice, rehabilitation, post-operative recovery, mobility assistance, personal care, meal preparation, medication reminders, and companionship.
