About Marisol

Hi Fort Collins ! My name is Marisol and I am passionate about supporting people to live their most authentic lives. I love being of service- from holding space for movement and breathwork containers, to 1:1 work with clients, to being a grounded child care provider that brings peace of mind to parents. I've been in care work for the last 4 years, helping parents with their to do lists at home, running errands, and of course spending time with kiddos! I bring a regulated energy into your home to show up for anything you might need support with. I take a very child led approach to child care, aligned with Waldorf + Montessori practices, that encourages children's natural instincts and curiousities. Mindfulness and positivity, creating art, playing outside, walks, games, building things are all ways I love to engage with children. I am very conscious about what I put in and on my body, and prefer to work with families aligned with this as well.
