About Marisela

I have 4 years of experience working with students in grades k-12 in mainly the subjects of k-10 in the subjects of mainly math and English. I have tutored in history and science but main focus in English and math. I have worked with students on a one on one basis and group base. I work at a high school with a group of students teaching them letter sounds and decoding multisyllanic words and reading. I also run a college readiness program and help students apply and give information about college. These students go to an at risk school. I have also worked with foster youth in different subjects. I have worked with special needs. Students that are autistic, ADHD, and dyslexia. I have a child of my own and I have also volunteered at a preschool and elementary school.
