About Marisa

I completed my fifth year teaching first grade in May of 2022! I have an elementary teaching license for grades kindergarten through sixth, as well as an CLD (Culturally and Linguistically Diverse) certificate to teach English Kindergarten through twelfth grade. I loved teaching first grade but I am searching for a different position in education that is more administrative and supportive. Currently I am substituting until I find a full time position, and am available for short time babysitting positions, or regular tutoring opportunities. I may pick up a full time nanny position for a wonderful family. I am allergic to all pets with fur so I prefer to be around pets that do not shed very much. That being said, my in-laws have 3 dogs and a cat and I tend to be fine when I visit them, so I have a feeling I would be comfortable with your family pets. I do have at least three summers experience as a nanny to children three years and younger as well as numerous babysitting experiences.
