I have been working with children for the past 10 years as a babysitter, kinder garden teacher and au pair. Marisa worked with our family for two months when our baby was a newborn. She was flexible and willing to adjust based on our daily needs. Since I also have a five-year-old, some days I needed more help with the baby and other days with my older child, and she was open to shifting accordingly. She was respectful of my parenting approach, especially during the newborn stage when we were not sleep training. She followed my lead with holding the baby for naps and engaging during awake time in a way that was consistent with how I do things. Overall, she was understanding, adaptable, and supportive during her time with us.
