Marina has been working for us for almost 1 year now, full time. We love her dearly and would love to continue having her care for our son, but we are moving too far away. I was so nervous to hire a nanny for my son when he was just 4 months old, but Marina immediately inspired confidence and I have never regretted my decision! She is so experienced, loving, attentive, and compassionate. She is always patient with my son and we can tell she truly loves him. Parting ways with Marina will be very difficult for us, but I would like to help her find a family who will treat her with respect and appreciate all her many virtues. I am available as a reference at any time.
