About Marina

childcare experience working with children ages 1-13. My background includes nannying, preschool teaching, full-charge care, overnight support, and caring for families with up to four children. I am experienced with meal preparation, transportation, school activities, and creating structured yet flexible routines that support each child's needs. I have experience working with neurodivergent families and supporting their unique needs, including autism and ADHD. As a former Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), I understand individualized care, communication differences, sensory needs, emotional and regulation. I believe childhood should be filled with curiosity, creativity, and adventure. I love creating engaging days through outdoor play, art, sensory activities, science experiments, imaginative play, and social-emotional learning. Outside of childcare, I enjoy crocheting, painting, gardening, and caring for our micro farm, which I love incorporating into age-appropriate activities.
