My resume in child care and child education is very expansive -- I started off working at Garden Gate Elementary School in Cupertino, CA for 2 years as an instructional assistant, mainly helping high-functioning and international students with English comprehension and fluency. At the same time, I was also working as a pre-Calculus tutor for incredibly intelligent middle school girls. Since then, I've worked with numerous families (10) ranging from infants to toddlers to school-age kids. I've done it all and I can assure you that I would 100% make a great addition to your family if you want someone who understands and caters to all types of personalities and walks of life. We had the honor to have Marina be our "nanny" or childcare provider for nearly a year yet, our littlest one starts preschool soon. She helped with our kids for approximately 15-20 hours a week. Predominately with our now two-year-old, but also at times with our 4 and 7-year-olds as well. Marina really got to know our kids, supporting their interests and development. She was able to watch, have fun and be safe with one, two or three of our very energetic and full of personality kids. She regularly took our little one on educational outings and supported his social interaction. We are sad to transition with Marina to only have her as our once in a while sitter and not regularly in our lives. You are lucky to have her care for your kids.
