Hi there! I am Marília Edwards, 34 yo. Brazilian born/American naturalized. Portuguese/English speaker. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Chemistry; 2 years tutoring kids and teaching basic English as well in Brazil. Over 9 years as a nanny in the US I have found most joy working with infants. I have been working full time with a baby boy for 10 months, since he was 5 mo and I have an incredible connection with the baby and the parents. On a recent job (which I stayed for 2. 5 years) I cared for a baby (5 mo until 2 yo) then her brother (2 mo to 1 yo). I have a wonderful relationship with the family who I love and catch up with sometimes. Baby related tasks: laundry, meal prep., organizing and inventorying.
