About Marie

I'd describe my personality as fun, gentle, & dedicated. I love getting to know pets' personalities, taking them on walks, & helping them to feel less anxious or sad when their families are away or traveling. I'm looking for a job that offers reliable hours, good communication, & some flexibility. I started working with animals when I was 15, walking dogs & cleaning litter boxes for my neighbors when they were traveling. I have two cats of my own, Chrysanthemum & Jean Louis, and I know if I needed someone to look after them, I would want them to be kind and gentle, & get to know their personalities. I recently rescued a stray cat as well, who is adjusting to life indoors & has become a part of our family. I've never owned dogs, but several of my close friends do and I am comfortable with them as well! I enjoy reading & going on walks. My skills include keeping pets areas clean, keeping them entertained, and making sure they feel comfortable.
