About Marie

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Marie and the exceptional care she provided for my mother. My mother had been living alone about an hour away from me and was struggling significantly with mobility challenges and progressive memory changes. Losing her independence was very hard on her emotionally, leading to isolation and poor nutrition. I was doing my best to help, but due to my own health limitations, managing everything on my own was becoming overwhelming.Marie came into our lives at exactly the right time. She visited my mother two to three times a week, and my mother absolutely adored her. Marie brought immense kindness, companionship, patience, and positivity into my mother’s life. She took her on walks, helped with meal prep, grocery shopping, and light cleaning. She even accompanied her to senior center exercise classes to keep her active, and took her shopping for clothing, which my mother truly enjoyed.One thing I especially appreciated was Marie’s outstanding communication. After every single visit, she would text or call me with detailed updates. This gave me tremendous peace of mind knowing my mom was safe, happy, and well cared for.The only reason Marie is no longer working with us is because we transitioned my mother into a local assisted living facility closer to my home to accommodate her increasing long-term care needs. I will always be incredibly grateful for everything Marie did for my mother and our family. She is compassionate, dependable, trustworthy, and genuinely caring. She made a difficult chapter in our lives so much easier, and I recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone looking for an exceptional caregiver.
