I also serve as an advocate and advisor to families and nannies who are new to home care and how to navigate this process ensuring you get the best caregiver for your family. For the *parents-to-be* set, I am also a certified Childbirth Educator, Birth Doula (both pre and postpartum), and Lactation Specialist available for hire in addition to my work as a daily caregiver. These jobs can be combined! I have been known to segue from doula to newborn nanny often. Marie has been caring for my infant son for approximately eight months now (since my son was about 3 months old). It is obvious that Marie has a true passion and talent for caregiving. She is warm, enthusiastic, and thoughtful. She is also always very punctual and flexible, which really makes working with Marie a treat! As first-time parents, my husband and I have really appreciated her experience with newborns, and we have felt very comfortable with Marie taking care of our son. Every morning, my son smiles when Marie walks in the door. Leaving for work is much easier knowing my son is with someone solely focused on his wellbeing and development - I highly recommend Marie to other families in the future!
