My family and I came to Memphis for vacation and hired Maria to watch my son (age 2) and his two cousins (ages 11&8). We had never done this before; I was a bit nervous hiring someone in a town we have never been before but Maria was great. Super responsible, punctual, and clearly very experienced with the questions she asked in advance of coming over. She was a great communicator, flexible with our scheduling needs and even helped us with some local Memphis recs (just above and beyond). The teens got in a little tiff while we were out and she totally managed it without needing to involve the parents and even got this night owls to bed before we were home! Wish we were staying longer or I could bring her back home with us for more regular sitting!!!
