About Maria

I'd describe my personality as warm, conscientious, and playful. I like working with kids because they are such creative, spontaneous, playful little people!! I'm looking for a job that allows me to support families and connect with kids. I started working with kids when my siblings began having children many years ago. Additionally, when I worked as an interpreter in hospitals, community centers, and schools, interacting with kids was the best part of the job. Currently, I work as a co-teacher at a child development center. In my spare time, I like to hike, watch birds, dance, sing karaoke, study other cultures, decorate, and make homemade hot sauce. One thing you should know about me is I love playing with my nieces and nephews, ranging from age four to 20. My skills include creative play, teaching communication, and building children's confidence.
