About Maria

Hiya! My name is Maria and I would love to support your family and your children's needs! My family is originally Bulgarian; however, I have spent time living across the world in the US, Singapore, and the UK. I have cared for children of all ages and needs in each of these places and have loved doing so. I have past experiences nannying full-time (two girls aged 8 and 4, Mon-Fri from June-Aug), as well as tutoring and babysitting (children aged infant to age 12) on a needs-based schedule. I am on my year abroad at Columbia University from my Masters program at the University of Edinburgh where I study International Relations with Quantitative Methods. I love running, reading, spending time with family and friends, and exploring the city! I have worked a variety of jobs which are a testament to my drive and attentiveness but out of everything, child care remains my favourite. I look forward to meeting you!
