Maria was very sweet and enthusiastic and seems very professional. Well that wasn't the reality. I hired her for a weekly housekeeping and errands job that is 1.5 days of work and she enthusiastically accepted. The day before she was scheduled to start, on the July 4th holiday no less, she canceled and moved on to something else. Not honest about the work she is seeking and not reliable.
