Maria is wonderful! She worked for my family as a nanny for my son, starting when he was about 8 weeks old through about 10 months old. Being as it was my first child, she actually taught us more than we taught her about him and his schedule. She was more protective over my son than either me or his father. She convinced me to cook and puree all his food and she guided me in how to prepare it, store it, and what choices were best for him. When he was sleeping, she read about childcare and ways to teach our son new things. My son reached all the infant milestones early and I really attribute that to Maria. She quickly became a part of the family and was someone that we could trust with our son, even more so than our own family members. Unfortunately, she is no longer with our family, and we have had other caregivers to compare her to and she far surpasses others! Any time she can watch our son, we take her up on it! I highly recommend Maria for any position working with children!
