Sweet little old lady that we had clean once but our Thermador range is missing the griddle's grease trap and she has not responded to texts nor messages on here asking what happened. I'm assuming she broke it or threw it away but it's so frustrating that she won't respond so that I know for sure what happened to it. Her son is young and capable, was very instantly responsive when I messaged about cleaning, so really no excuse not to respond to me for a month. The piece cannot be replaced as it's discontinued. Communication is key and I didn't want to give a bad review but I gave plenty of chances here.
