Hello! My name is Maria, and I'm looking for a part-time babysitting job. I just graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a degree in Psychology. I currently work part-time as a Personal Care Assistant for a young man with autism and schizophrenia. However, I'm looking for another job to help support myself for when I move to Boston next year! I'll be starting an accelerated nursing program in the Fall of 2024. Throughout my high school and college experience, I've worked with many different families. I've nannied for two families with children under 2 years old. I've also babysat two children who were eight and 11 years old for three years. I still occasionally babysit for some of the families! Maria is wonderful. She watched our 1.5 year old son and 5 year old daughter this summer. She is fun, reliable, caring, and calm. She was creative with activities and flexible as needed. She respected our guidelines and asked questions if she wasn't sure. We miss her already! My kids made a forever friend and I wouldn't hesitate to hire her in the future.
