About Maria

Maria has been with our family for the past three years, caring for our two boys since they were just 1.5 and 3 years old. From the very beginning, she has loved and cared for them as if they were her own children. She has truly become part of our family. She consistently goes above and beyond in ways both big and small. She has handled challenging moments — including toddler tantrums and difficult transitions — with remarkable patience, calm, and grace. I have always felt completely confident that my children were safe, nurtured, and deeply cared for in her hands. She has also helped my boys grow so much in their Spanish. They’re both speaking it confidently now, and she’s played a huge role in that — honestly more than I have. It’s been really special to see. Beyond her loving care for our boys, she has lifted an enormous mental load from my shoulders. From thoughtfully preparing snacks and lunches to staying on top of the everyday details that keep a household running smoothly, she has brought organization, reliability, and warmth into our home. What sets her apart even more is her character. When one of my elderly parents was hospitalized, she stepped in to help our family without being asked. That kindness meant more to us than I can put into words. She is dependable, intuitive, proactive, and genuinely invested in the well-being of the children and families she works with.
