About Sarah Kate

The past decade of my life has included consistent care for children of all ages (4mos - 12yrs) beginning with babysitting, Sunday school teaching, tutoring, and being a summer nanny for three consecutive years. In adulthood, I gravitated towards unique employment opportunities that allowed me to interact with thousands of children and greatly impacted the way I communicated with kids. I was a manager at Build-A-Bear Workshop before working full-time at Walt Disney World. Engaging with children and families was a rewarding and meaningful 2-year experience that eventually led me to become a Montessori teaching aide at the preschool level. At this point, I knew caring for children was my passion! Since 2021, I have been a full-time nanny for three wonderful families and 5+ children. I have extensive experience caring for infants and neuro-divergent children and my absolute favorite activities are museum and library visits, playing doctor, and being an amateur doll hair stylist.
