About Marian

As the oldest of three siblings and one of the eldest cousins, I have been immersed in childcare my entire life. My journey began with teaching swimming lessons and babysitting during my teenage years and continued through college where I worked as a nanny while pursuing my studies. I hold a Master's degree in psychology and have two years of experience as a children's clinical case manager in community mental health, providing me with valuable insights into child development. I recently moved to Chicago to pursue a doctorate in psychology and am looking for opportunities to continue working with children while I study. With my classes starting in September, I am available for summer sitting and am flexible with hours, including overnights and unconventional schedules. I am certified in CPR and First Aid, and I am comfortable caring for children of all ages. I am known for being patient, attentive, and engaging.
