About Marianela

My name is Marianela Grijalba, and I consider myself a responsible, empathetic, calm person, committed to the well-being of others. Throughout my life, I have learned the value of respect, patience, and active listening--qualities I consider fundamental for working with older adults. My experience and contact with them have allowed me to develop a greater sensitivity to their physical, emotional, and social needs, as well as understand the importance of treating them with dignity, warmth, and respect. I am interested in working with older adults because I want to contribute to improving their quality of life, fostering their independence, and helping to create an environment where they feel valued, supported, and respected. My goal is to continue learning and developing in this field, always giving my best with a vocation for service and a strong commitment to human connection.
