About Mariana

If you need a reliable babysitter, I'm your huckleberry. I aim to provide consistent care to build trust with families, and create meaningful connections with children. I'm responsible, patient, and friendly. When babysitting I love to play board games, baking or cooking together, active play, pretend play, reading stories, and arts and crafts. All which stimulate cognition, creativity, and social-emotional skills. I have two years of paid childcare experience, but plenty more as the oldest sister of two kids. Additionally, I'm CPR, and First Aid certified. I encourage open communication with parents to establish expectations, rules of the home, and to give a short report of how the day went with the child. I speak Portuguese, and English, and my favorite hobbies are drawing, baking, and watching movies. I love pets, so I'm totally comfortable with them. I take pride in offering the best of me.
