I believe clear and open communication is key, so I follow the parents' preferred method of communication and provide regular updates throughout the day. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I always follow the parents' lead. I want to ensure consistency and respect for the family's values. My favorite games to play with children include board games, puzzles, educational games, and technology-based games and apps. Being a childcare provider is deeply rewarding. Seeing the children I care for grow, learn, and thrive brings me immense joy.
