Maria was kind and caring our child, and I appreciate her help. However, we experienced several issues with communication and reliability. There were multiple late pickups from camp, resulting in late pickup fees, and there was also a missed commitment to return our car seat without notice. She also frequently asked for guidance on routine childcare decisions, whereas we were looking for someone who could work more independently. I think she’s still gaining experience, and while she may be a good fit for some families, she wasn’t the right fit for ours.
