About Maria Mirasol

I been working for caring for seniors for almost 5 years. My first job after I finished my At Home Course in Certified Nursing Assistant was taking care of a 95-year-old lady. I make one week menu to make easier to prepare food for breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner, and light housekeeping. We do also light exercise. I am passionate to care for seniors because I consider them as my second parents and I will make sure to serve and handle them with care, understanding and be patient. I am a happy person full of joy because it is important for me that I look happy so my client will also look happy. I am passionate to take care of seniors because I consider it as my responsibility and be satisfied of my services. Presently, I am working with senior 101 years old lady part-time basis and she is still active and she still play scrabble with her son. If we take good care of the elder people we will also receive what we give out of our kindness. With patient having dementia, I have to understand their situation and I have to stretch my patience. I can give light exercise with my client so she will not get bored. I can also teach my client simple computer education. I can take her for a walk if she is already in wheelchair to breath fresh air and if the weather is good.
