Mercedes has been an extension of our family from day one. She is incredibly compassionate, capable, and always willing to go the extra mile to help my mom who has terminal cancer. She has been a rock for our entire family. She trains other nurses, checks in on her free time just because she cares that much, and does all the little things that aren't even part of her job description. If you don't hire her, you will regret it. I can't imagine anyone else being even half the angel that Mercedes has been to our family.
