About Maria

Growing up, my grandmother had a stroke that left her paralyzed on her right side of her body. I grew up helping my family take care of her, until she passed away from another unexpected stroke. I typically would help her bathe, lift her out of bed into her wheel chair, take her to appointments, and cook her her meals.
