Marita cared for my children for ten years, then my elderly grandmother who will turn 101 this year. My grandmother insisted that she didn't need any help. She saw Marita as a family friend who would sit with her, help her with lunch, have tea with her and get her paper and watch TV with her. She never knew that Marita was also making sure she took her pills, got her exercise and ate a balanced meal without burning the house down. Marita is a trusted and beloved person whom we consider a special member of our family.
