Luisa currently works for me. I interviewed her four months ago for a housekeeper/ cleaning lady position. I was impressed by her confidence and forthrightness. She has proved to be a good worker who takes pride in her work and is open to feedback. She is very personable and is great with my seven year old daughter, though she has never babysat her as yet. She needs some flexibility in her work schedule, but is willing to work with you as well. I would recommend her without hesitation for any position.
