I am Maria, a Certified NCS or Newborn nanny (Newborn Care Specialist, aka "night nanny/ night nurse"), Postpartum Doula, Sleep Consultant and also a Certified Lactation Educator Counselor. Currently, I am looking for night time positions. Have references, numbers, and resume available upon request. I have a passion taking care of newborns and look forward to helping those in need. I am a certified in CPR& First Aid Pediatric, Trustline Certified and I have full immunizations (including the COVID19). I can travel anywhere in the Los Angeles County. Maria is a lifesaver! We are forever grateful for the 3 months she spent with our family. She not only took excellent care of my twin boys, but she also took care of ME during what could have been an extremely difficult period of time. When we were going through the hiring process, my husband & I both had our hesitations about having someone in our (very small) house, but all of my fears were immediately erased the moment Maria walked in the door the first night home from the hospital. She got straight down to business, quickly and calmly getting the babies settled & started to feed them without asking any questions. I knew we had made the right decision. 8pm could not come soon enough each day, especially in that first month. Maria would arrive right on time and usually a bit earlier. Maria would text me throughout the day asking about the babies and how I was doing as well. About 2 weeks before her time with us was over, the twins started sleeping through the night!
