I have over 14 years of experience working as a nanny, I love and enjoy to work as a Baby care giver, part of my duties are; prepare their food, change diapers, get them ready for naps, entertainment for the kids, teaching them to sit up, crawl and walk, I also socialize them by taking them to the parks to play or have a play date, I'll read books to them, teach Spanish with the parents approval, I change beds, do laundry for the babies. I also clean whatever I use in the kitchen after I prepare food for the babies.

Maria took care of both our children from the time they were 12 weeks old.  Hiring her was one of the best decisions we ever made. As first time parents she was an incredibly knowledgeable resource for us and brought structure and routine to our life as we adjusted to parenthood.  We felt so fortunate that she was able to come back to care for our son as well, as we think of her like family and there is no one we trust more with our kids.  She is honest, hard working, and truly loves the children she cares for.  Any family would be lucky to have her, and we would love to be a reference for anyone interested. 

Maria has been with our family for over a year and a half (since our daughter was 3 months old) and hiring her was one of the best decisions we made as new parents. Not only is she an extremely experienced nanny, she is one of the kindest, trustworthy, and most loving people you could bring into your home. She made our lives and transition to parenthood easier with her childcare expertise and efficiency at keeping our home organized and all of us well cared for. Words cannot describe how wonderful Maria is! She was a pseudo-grandmother to my son and she cared for him as if he were her own! Maria is very passionate about child care and she works with a lot of heart. She was, and still is, like a member of the family to us, I cannot recommend her too highly; she is amazing!

We are first time parents and hired Elba in the middle of the pandemic. She was very safe/healthy when dealing with Covid. Elba cared for our 6 month old son and she is amazing with babies! She is very caring and kind and our son was always very happy to see her. She helped us start him on solids and he is still doing well with it to this day. We didn't hesitate asking her opinion since we were first time parents and she has a lot of experience and was always so respectful. She communicated any potential issues and cared for him like he was her own. She kept the house super tidy and kept busy while our son napped. Elba focused on stimulating his mind when she played with him. She was always on time and very flexible. The only reason she doesn't work for us anymore is because I stay home full time. We hired Elba to care for our sweet 6 month old son in the middle of COVID since we both worked. She is very thoughtful when it comes to staying safe/healthy and caring for our son. Elba is amazing with babies, and our son was always excited and happy when Elba came. She cared for our son like he was her own and always communicated when she thought something could be an issue. Since we are first time parents, we did ask for her opinion at times and she was so respectful and thoughtful. She made great first time solid foods and always kept the house clean. The only reason she is not with us anymore is because I am staying home full time. Elba is very flexible and always on time. I wouldn't hesitate hiring her! Thank you so much Elba.

Maria is by far the best nanny that we have ever had. She was amazing with my new born and helped raise her to 1! She is loving, kind and a very knowledgeable caregiver. We call her our godsend and wish she lived closer to us to be a part of our family in proximity again! She will always be a big part of our lives. Elba (Maria) is AMAZING!  She took care of our two girls for over 2 years starting when one was ~2 months and the other was ~2.5 years old.  She worked full time with our family and took care of our children and all household responsibilities including laundry, keeping the house in order, grocery shopping, our children's meals, and so much more.  She was always gentle, kind, and, caring with our children and when she was with them, we knew they were being nurtured by someone that truly cared for them.  Elba is extremely observant and has the ability to figure out how you want your household organized and family cared for.  You don't have to manage her, she just gets things done, and finds things to do on her own that will help you out.  The only reason she is not taking care of our children now is because we moved for jobs.  We would not hesitate to hire her again if possible, and any family she works for is lucky!

Maria is responsible and trusting person. My son learned so many things when she was taking care of him. She cared for him..that has no price.

Elba is currently working as our nanny, caring primarily for our two and four year old daughters.  Elba started with us almost two years ago when we moved to town with a toddler and a newborn.  She has loved our children as if they are her own and they feel as comfortable, happy, and nurtured with Elba as they feel with us.  We have to move out of state for work reasons, but we begged Elba to move with us because she has literally become part of our family.  Elba has an incredible work ethic.  She is punctual, reliable, and consistently looks for ways to be helpful with the kids and around the house.  She keeps the kids happy, stimulated, and well behaved with an effortless calm temperament.  We feel any family would be truly blessed to have her in their lives.

She is an amazing woman who provides excellent , loving and compassionate care!! She is punctual, neat/tidy, particular and loyal!! She worked for us for 3 years caring for our little girl who was fragile being born at 28 weeks until she entered pre-k!! We miss her and continue to stay in contact with her as she is like family now!! We highly recommend her!!

Maria became like part of our family working for us for caring for our 2 kids for 2 years. She has a gentle, loving nature with babies and children.
