I can’t properly review her abilities because after taking the position and training, she failed to show up on the first day at 9 am with only a text at 5:30 am that she couldn’t come and would start the next day. The next day she called at 6 AM to say she couldn’t make 9 am today, either and will try again tomorrow. So unprofessional! I wouldn’t trust this person with caring for my loved one with her lack of responsibility and complete disregard for my loved one’s safety in requiring a caregiver at all times of the day, our other caregivers and their schedules as the caregivers cannot leave their position if there is no to take over…I live out of state and Mariah was made aware of this and the sensitivity of the situation and still gave no reasonable notice about not showing up (yet still claimed to want the position).
