About Mariah

From a young age, I've been passionate about nurturing children's curiosity and supporting their growth. I am dependable, patient, and friendly, and I strive to create a safe, positive, and engaging environment. I'm confident enforcing household rules calmly and respectfully and value clear communication with parents through updates at pickup, text, or your preferred method. I have experience caring for infants, toddlers, and school-aged children, most recently babysitting a 3- and 6-year-old. I have also worked with children on the autism spectrum and children with ADHD. I enjoy outdoor play, crafts, and educational activities and adapt my approach to each child's individual needs. I'm comfortable caring for up to two children and am CPR and First Aid certified. I'm currently a senior at SDSU majoring in Public Health on the pre-dental track, graduating May 2026.
