About Mariah

My name is Mariah! I am a very positive and creative person. I am 23 years old and graduated college in 2019 with a dual bachelors degree in Pre-K-8/special education. As soon as I got out of college I accepted a full time teaching position with the Intermediate Unit 1. I have many years of experience working with children of all ages. I am skilled with writing individualized education plans (IEPs), creating adaptations and modifications for my students, and making sure all students succeed inside and outside of the classroom. I recently moved to Pittsburgh and I'm looking to find a job closer to where I live now! I'm hoping to find a loving and kind family! I am confident I will make a positive impact and help with all educational needs.
