About Mariah

After a promising video interview, I invited Mariah to our home to meet my father and discuss the caregiving position. She arrived 20 minutes late for the first appointment, which required us to reschedule because I had another interview scheduled following hers. Mariah arrived on time for the rescheduled interview, and we had a pleasant conversation. She appeared interested in the position and completed an application detailing her experience, employment history, and references. She listed herself as a licensed CNA but did not have her license number available and said she would provide it afterward. Unfortunately, I never received the information needed to verify her CNA credential. Despite follow-up attempts by email, text, and phone, I received no response. I understand that someone’s interest or availability can change, but a brief response would have been appreciated. Reliable communication and follow-through are essential when arranging care for a loved one. Based on my experience during the interview process, I cannot recommend Mariah.
