About Maria

Im a 33 yr old mom of 2 (3 yr old is in preschool). For the last 10 years, I've had the joy of caring for children aged 0-18. My graduate studies towards my MSW include early childhood development coursework, and I plan to focus on working with children when I graduate. I'm comfortable caring for multiple children at a time, meeting the needs of all kiddos. I am patient, creative, and friendly. I enjoy playing board games, educational games, and activities that foster creativity. I am comfortable enforcing household rules and can communicate well with parents. I am happy to give verbal updates at pickup and regular texts, calls or pictures. I can help with cooking/meal prep for baby, light baby-related housekeeping and driving. Knowing I can make a positive difference in a child's life brings me immense joy, and I look forward to the opportunity to care for your little one, while my little one makes a friend!
