About Maria

From a young age, I've felt drawn to childcare. At 12, I launched my first babysitting venture! Making babysitter business cards on my family's computer & handing them out around the neighborhood. For the past 15 years, I've enjoyed making a positive impact on children's lives & supporting families. I hold a college degree and my approach is patient & creative. I follow the parents' lead when enforcing household rules and offer regular updates via text or phone call. One of my positions was nannying full time for a year for an infant starting at 8mo. Where I managed nap times, bottles, solids, & engaging wake windows. Most recently I was a nanny for 4 children ranging from 2-11 years old. We would do lots of walks & outdoor time, picnics, and indoor play with puzzles, music, etc. I welcomed a baby of my own this year & would be a great fit if you are looking for socialization for your little one.
