About Maria

My name is Maria , I have been a Certified Nurse Assistant for 8 years now , I hold a CPR card , also have my Preschool Teaching License . I had the honor to work at a Pediatric Day Health Center where I got to work with children with special needs . During my time at the Pediatric Day Health Center I was able to work with children with g-tubes , tracheostomies , seizure disorders , feeding pumps , and with children who were severely deff and blind . I also gained some of my experience at my first job at a mental health clinic where I got to work with patients from ages 18 + up with mental health problems . I enjoy working with children a lot and I love leaving footsteps in there hearts , I enjoy watching them hit there milestones and watching them improve and be part of there plan of care . I have worked with children who have walking devices and standers to help them bare weight and walk . I am excited to find a perfect family to help and be part of there journey.
