I'm very flexible with my hours. I don't have a college degree but I do have a degree in life! And a lot of experience! I moved back to Tucson for one reason my one and only grandson! He is the joy of my life! I am a retired hair stylist and owner of a salon here in Tucson. I always say without passion of what your vocation is there's no joy! One of the reason a became a Nanny! The joy the children bring me when they run to me because they love and trust me or so we can play , Its priceless! I have a lot of infant and toddler's experience, setting sleeping schedules, playing singing reading and gently put them to bed! I want to assure you that trust is what I want To give and peace of mind, that your babies Are in good hands! I do laundry and light cleaning I'm on the northwest side of Tucson, looking forward to hear from you!

Maria was our Nanny from the time our little girl was 7 months(April 2022) old until she turned 2(August 2023). During this time Maria, or Nonna as we call her, took exceptional care of our baby girl and us, and in doing so became part of our family. Nonna taught her so much such as: Educational: count to 15, every animal and their noises, the full ABCs, nursery rhymes, colors, etc. Foods: Our little one never took a bottle and had some special feeding circumstances and Nonna had no problem supporting her intake of milk. She introduced new foods to her once she was old enough, both purées and solids. Sleep: Nonna helped get her to sleep through the night and transition from several naps a day to just one. Hygiene: Nonna always helped bath, trim nails and keep her clean when needed. She even taught her to sit on the potty when she has to go to the bathroom. Nonna was generally the first person to notice when she wasn’t feeling well and would always call us to discuss what she observed and make a reccomend action on medicine, doctor visit or if we needed to be home with her. While our little one was sleeping Nonna always did something to help around the house such as vacuuming, mopping, laundry, dishes, dusting, etc. Nonna would make meals for our little girl and for our family dinners. Our little girl absolutely loves “Nonna’s pasta” and request it at least once a week. Nonna would run errands for us such as grocery shopping, returns, mail, etc. and she would take our little one on outings such as library book readings and other local spots to explore and see other kids. It has been very sad for us to part ways and the only reason we are doing so is because my mother is moving in with us to care for our children. I would absolutely recommend Nonna for your family and any family would be blessed to work with her!
