About Maria Del Carmen

Carmen has been our child's full-time nanny for almost a year, since our child was 6 months old, and we truly cannot say enough good things about her. Carmen is warm, reliable, and incredibly engaged. She effortlessly keeps up with our energetic child—always singing, playing, reading books, and making each day fun and educational. She is also a wonderful cook and takes pride in preparing thoughtful, healthy meals. Communication has always been clear and proactive, and she has been flexible and supportive as our family’s needs have evolved. Carmen brings a wealth of knowledge to the table, such as handling nap transitions to finding fun places to adventure to around the city. This has been invaluable for us first-time parents that have demanding work schedules. From day 1, Carmen was able to quickly and seamlessly integrate into our home and routine, and has been such a blessing to be able to leave for work knowing our child is in incredible hands. Our daughter beams with happiness every morning when Carmen walks in. We are heartbroken that we can’t continue with her since we'll be moving out of the city, but we know Carmen is an absolute gem and will be such a gift to the next family.
