About Maria

Hi! I am a graduate student studying fine arts. I am currently looking for a part time childcare/Nanny position for a family who needs consistent summer childcare. I am a native speaker of Spanish and am passionate about sharing my language with children who want to learn. I have 2 years of teaching English as a Second Language to native Spanish speakers, and I spent a semester as a second and third grade teacher in a bilingual school. This teaching job made me realize how rewarding it is for me to use my skills to help children and families reach their educational goals.
