I stepped down from my job to care for my 97-year-old grandmother. She suffered from severe dementia and congested heart failure. I was her sole caregiver 24/7. I am experienced with dementia and end of life care. Duties I will perform: administer medication, bathing, meal preparation, laundry, lite housekeeping, errands, transportation to and from appointments, shopping, checking vitals and companionship. I am licensed and finger printed with the State of Arizona. I'm also First Aid and CPR certified. I'm a non-smoker and comfortable with pets. I'm happy to work full or part time. I've recently went back to school to become a Certified Medication Aide. I also have experience with dementia care, hospice care, diabetes, wound care, physical therapy and Parkinson's disease.
