About Maria

Hi! I'm Maria, and I have over 3 years of childcare experience working with children and teenagers with or without special needs. I love creating a fun, safe, and supportive environment where kids can learn, grow, and be themselves. Whether we're doing crafts, playing outside, reading stories, helping with homework, or finding new activities to keep busy, I enjoy making each day engaging and enjoyable. I'm CPR and First Aid certified, love cooking, and am always happy to help with meal prep, snacks, and light household tasks related to the children. I'm also happy to accompany kids to the pool, parks, playgrounds, and other activities. I have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. While I don't currently have my own vehicle, I'm comfortable driving if a family has a car available for me to use. I do my best to adapt to each family's routines, values, and parenting style. I also value open communication and enjoy building relationships with both children and parents.
