Maria watched our daughter and our friend's daughter in a share that was based out of our home. I work from home part time (I'm a photographer) and would greet Maria as she arrived (very punctually!) and see them out for their day of fun. She was always professional and the girls loved her. Maria would get their snacks and waters together in the kitchen before heading out, and then they would be back for lunch (she would make them a hot meal), and then to nap time, which she orchestrated beautifully from the time they were 14 months old until they started preschool this Fall at age 3yrs 3 months old. She also helped oversee their potty training during this time! During nap time (after lunch at 12:30-2/2:30) she would run their laundry if it was needed, and get their snacks ready for the afternoon and clean up the kitchen from lunchtime. When they woke up, they went outside again for the afternoon, enjoying nature hikes, going to the library, the Academy of Sciences, and many other fun things. The girls would come back exhausted and happy. She made them a hot dinner, and then the other parents would come to our house to pick up their daughter. I would recommend Maria highly for her ability to give structure and discipline to the day, along with a loving and firm style. I knew the girls would always be safe and in good care when they were out enjoying the city. Adam
