We had Mac as our nanny for our toddler for about 6 months and she was absolutely wonderful with him. Her experience working in Montessori schools was evident and she used her skills with him every day, and even taught me a lot about Montessori theories. As a former career nanny myself, I was looking for the best of the best for our son, and Mac effortlessly fulfilled that role. She was also easy to be around, and always came to work with a positive attitude. If we hadn’t moved to San Diego, we would have wanted to keep her on for many years.
