Mac has been our nanny for over two years. She is hands down the most reliable and dedicated childcare provider we have ever had. We have had issues with unreliable babysitters in the past, but we can always count on Mac. She is an excellent communicator and very organized. She is so attentive with my kids and I trust her completely with their safety and well being. Most importantly, my kids (ages 2 and 6) absolutely adore her. She has such a sweet bubbly personality and they always have fun with her. She keeps them busy playing outside and doing tons of music, singing, and dancing. She has taught our younger daughter to speak Portuguese. She knows how to be gentle and nurturing with children while also holding boundaries when necessary. Mac has my highest recommendation! She is truly a gem and you should absolutely hire her if you have the chance!
